The Al-Nahrawan Residential Complex Project is one of the modern housing developments currently under construction in Baghdad. The project is being implemented for the New Cities Implementation Authority by DICO International Holding Company, under the supervision and execution of the main contractor, Shms Al-Sura Trading and General Contracting Company.

The project comprises the construction of 1,000 residential units on a total site area of 200,000 square meters, with each housing unit having a built-up area of 70 square meters. The development aims to provide a fully integrated residential community that meets modern housing needs.
